General Information

Tour Itineries
We do our best to design our touring itineries to give you the maximum value for your holiday. The itineries in the brochure and on the website are given as a broad guideline of what you can expect on your tour. We will provide an itinerary with your tickets however occasionally, due to operational requirements such as adverse weather conditions or operational reasons it may be necessary to alter the tour itinerary. These alterations will be made to ensure the smooth running of your tour, your safety and enjoyment.

Tickets
Tickets for your tour will be ready the week before departure. For bookings made through our website we will email your tickets directly to you. For clients living outside the Dublin area we will post your tickets to you. We ask that clients living in the Dublin / Cork area collect their tickets from our offices. Alternatively if you supply us with your email address we can email your tickets to you.

Special Requests
We will do our best to meet any reasonable special request made and will pass on any accommodation request to the hotel as appropriate. Any additional charges made by the hotel for such requests will be passed on.
We cannot however gaurantee that your request will be available or possible and we accept no liability where a special request could not be met.

Passports
For tours travelling by coach & ferry to the UK valid ID is required and whilst passports are not strictly required for Irish / UK citizens they are strongly recommended. Alternatively, for EU citizens, you may use alternative ID such as drivers licence.
For coach tours to Europe a valid passport is required for all.
For tours travelling by air you will require a valid passport.
The name on the passport must match the name on your ticket, otherwise you may not be allowed to travel by the airline and any insurance booked invalid. If after booking your holiday but before travelling any member of your party changes their name eg as a result of getting married or if an incorrect name has been supplied, we must be notified immediately. We will make the necessary changes to your holiday documentation however a fee may be payable.
